Our streamlined process ensures that you can find the perfect fit and style to support your fitness journey without any hassle.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unwashed and unworn apparel back into its original packaging, ensuring all hangtags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
